Hello
I'm Suzanne, an accredited ADHD coach here in Perth and Founder of Heard ADHD Coaching.
My journey into ADHD and neurodivergent coaching began when my family started to fall apart. A series of big life changes sent everything spiralling. It was overwhelming, it was messy, and for a while, it felt like we’d never get our balance back.
But we did.
That crisis was the catalyst for a deep dive into the world of ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. Through the process of diagnosis and the years of learning that followed, I became determined to help my children understand their amazing brains and play to their strengths.
That experience opened my eyes to how the world expects everyone to operate in the same way—and it inspired me to help other neurodivergent adults and parents break free from that mold. I’m here to help you move past the "shoulds" of a neurotypical world so you can finally start flourishing in your own way.

Professional Expertise and Accreditation
I believe that lived experience is most powerful when backed by professional rigor. To ensure I provide the best support for my clients, I have committed to the highest standards of coaching:
-
ICF Accredited Training: I trained with the International ADHD Centre Training School in the U.S.
-
Professional Membership: I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to their strict ethical guidelines.
-
Diverse Experience: From supporting parents of neurodivergent kids to helping people diagnosed later in life, I’ve seen firsthand that you are never too old to find new ways of being.
My Philosophy: Connection over Correction
I believe that an ADHD or AuDHD brain isn’t a broken version of a "normal" brain — it is simply a different, often supercharged, way of processing the world.
My coaching is built on three core beliefs:
-
Remove the Friction, Not the Person: We often feel heavy because we are fighting our biological wiring. I help you stop "pushing the boulder" and start finding where we can add ease to your environment and routines.
-
Dopamine over Discipline: Traditional "tips and tricks" don't work for us because they rely on neurotypical discipline. We focus on how your brain actually seeks engagement, curiosity, and momentum.
-
The Power of Being Heard: Many of us have spent a lifetime "masking" or feeling misunderstood. Real change begins in a space where you don't have to explain yourself — where you are already understood.
I don’t help you become "normal." I help you become a version of yourself that is confident, clear, and ready to flourish.
